(juristic person no. 0305566006229), referred to here as “the Company”, is the data controller for personal data collected through samartdigitech.com and our contact channels, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) — the PDPA. This site collects no personal data through any form: it publishes our email address, telephone number and registered address so that you can contact us directly. Email reaches us through a third-party mail provider acting on our instructions, which may process it outside Thailand.
