Kamrai is built for business owners, not accountants. When you record an entry it applies VAT 7% and withholding tax for you, auto-fills the withholding tax certificate (50 Tawi) onto the official government form, and its AI can read a receipt and pull out the vendor, amount and tax. KaaKhai carries the counterparty, line items, discounts and tax through the document chain automatically, and prints the P.N.D.3 and P.N.D.53 attachment sheets. Honestly though: neither replaces your accountant or auditor. Filing is still your firm's job — what the software does is make sure the numbers you hand them are complete and correct. Export to PDF or CSV for your accounting firm, or invite them into the system with permissions limited to what they need to see.

Typical scope: bookkeeping, stock and warehouse, quotations and invoices with automatic document numbering and PDF output, project and contracting cost tracking, HR time-clock and payroll (overtime, leave, social security, payslips), and executive dashboards. Price depends on eight factors: number of sheets and reports, calculation complexity, dashboards, printable documents, users and permissions, volume of legacy data to migrate, revision rounds, and how urgent the turnaround is. You get the sheet with all formulas and input guards, a tutorial video made for your build, one 1:1 video training session, 30 days of post-delivery tuning, and a file you own outright in your own Google Drive. We don't publish a fixed price list, because the work varies enormously between a new promotion application and ongoing post-certificate compliance. The process instead: the first consultation is free and includes an eligibility assessment and a view on which activity category is most advantageous, after which you get a written quotation. We take engagements both as a monthly retainer and on a per-project basis. On timing, we quote the BOI's own published targets rather than inventing our own. A BOI officer contacts you to schedule the project presentation within 10 working days of filing. The review itself takes 40 working days for projects up to ฿200 million, 60 working days from ฿200 million to ฿2 billion, and 90 working days above ฿2 billion. You are told the decision within 7 days of the resolution being certified; you then have 1 month to accept the promotion and 6 months to apply for the certificate, which is issued within 10 working days of a complete application. The critical detail: every one of those clocks starts from complete documents. Document readiness is the part we can control; the queue is not.

Yes — Fluent BOI works with both Thai and foreign investors. The accurate position: under the Foreign Business Act, List One activities require Thai shareholding of at least 51%, while Lists Two and Three carry no equity restriction on foreign investors except where other laws apply, and the Board may set conditions on specific activities. Promotion also brings the right to own land under section 27 of the Investment Promotion Act, the right to remit funds abroad in foreign currency under section 37, and BOI-facilitated visas and work permits for foreign experts through the Single Window system.
